A white-label fundraising platform that enables organisations to launch branded initiatives, collect funds directly into their own accounts, and manage contributors with ease.

SupportMy is a white-label fundraising platform built to give organisations full ownership over how they raise, manage, and track funds online.

The platform was designed and developed to address a recurring problem across multiple client projects: organisations needed a simple way to collect funds digitally, but existing solutions introduced unnecessary friction through delayed payouts, lack of branding control, and limited flexibility in how campaigns could be structured.

SupportMy solves this by providing a flexible, branded fundraising system that organisations can fully control while ensuring that funds are paid directly into their own accounts.


The Problem

Many organisations rely on ad hoc or third-party tools to collect funds. These approaches typically introduce several challenges:

  • Funds are paid out on delayed schedules rather than instantly

  • The fundraising experience is not aligned with the organisation’s brand

  • Campaigns are difficult to structure or customise

  • There is little to no visibility into contributors or potential supporters

  • Offline fundraising efforts do not translate well into digital conversions

Over time, these limitations reduce trust, create administrative overhead, and ultimately impact how much money an organisation is able to raise.


The Solution

SupportMy provides organisations with their own fully branded fundraising platform.

Administrators can configure their organisation’s identity, including name, logo, colours, messaging, and contact details. This ensures that contributors interact with a familiar and trusted experience rather than a generic third-party system.

On top of this foundation, organisations can create and manage fundraising initiatives tailored to their specific needs.


Flexible Fundraising Initiatives

Each initiative can be configured with a high degree of flexibility:

  • Fixed contribution amounts or user-defined amounts

  • Optional minimum contribution values

  • Once-off or recurring contributions

  • Configurable billing frequencies for recurring initiatives

This allows organisations to support a wide range of use cases, from simple once-off donations to structured, ongoing contribution models.

Initiatives can also include a target goal amount. When enabled, contributors are able to see both the goal and the total raised to date, helping to create transparency and encourage participation.


Built for Distribution

A key focus of the platform is making it easy for organisations to promote their initiatives.

Each initiative is automatically assigned:

  • A unique, shareable URL

  • A generated QR code for use on printed materials

This enables seamless distribution across both digital and physical channels, allowing organisations to drive traffic from events, posters, and community spaces directly into the online contribution flow.


Direct Payments with PayFast

One of the most important aspects of the platform is how payments are handled.

SupportMy integrates with PayFast in a way that allows each organisation to connect their own PayFast account. This ensures that all funds are paid directly into the organisation’s account without passing through an intermediary.

This approach:

  • Eliminates payout delays

  • Reduces administrative complexity

  • Increases trust for both organisations and contributors

In addition, the platform leverages PayFast’s split payment functionality to apply a fixed administrative fee per transaction. This allows the platform to generate revenue in a clean and scalable way without interfering with the organisation’s control over their funds.


Lead Capture and Conversion

SupportMy goes beyond simple payment collection by introducing a built-in lead capture mechanism.

If a user begins the contribution process and submits their personal details but does not complete the payment, their information is stored as a lead. This gives organisations the ability to follow up and recover potential contributions that would otherwise be lost.

This feature turns drop-off points in the funnel into future opportunities and adds a meaningful conversion layer to the platform.


Built-in Lightweight CRM

To support ongoing management, the platform includes a lightweight CRM layer.

Administrators are able to:

  • View and manage contributors

  • Track payments and contribution history

  • Access and manage captured leads

This provides enough visibility and control for organisations to manage their fundraising efforts effectively without requiring a separate system.

SupportMy was built as a core platform that can be adapted to different types of organisations.

This has enabled the creation of focused sub-brands, including:
